History of
Premier Plumbing
Premier Plumbing was created in 2018 by Beau Dempsey and Mark Cribbs as a full-service plumbing company. Beau has an extensive background in residential plumbing, and Mark’s background is in mechanical and industrial plumbing. Together they strive to always offer a “premier experience”. In addition to our owners, Premier Plumbing offers a team of highly trained individuals for all of your plumbing needs.
With their potential clients in mind, they designed a plan to provide the Jacksonville community with authentic, high-quality residential and commercial plumbing services that get to the root of the problem – even in the oldest of buildings.

Mark Cribbs
President
Commercial and Industrial plumbing is my bread and butter. From ensuring job sites are set up correctly to driving a schedule to meet project timelines. I spend most of my time on mechanical, industrial, and commercial projects.
As for my family, my wife, Leandra, and I have three beautiful children. We spend most of our time on the boat, having fun and loving the sun. The foundation for our household is love and respect, and we are committed to raising our children to be hardworking and dedicated.

Office Manager
You will find me in the office handling day-to-day billing, scheduling, and writing contracts. If you call the office, you will talk to Emily or me. I love to dive into the details and backend of the projects to make sure the field has everything they need while handling the chaos of construction.
My husband and I have been together for eight years and married for six. We have three amazing children. We are experts in managing the schedules of sports, work, and home life. Our household rules are to treat others the way you want to be treated and to love and respect one another. You can catch us watching the Gators, relaxing at home on the weekends, and making memories that last forever.

Service Coordinator
I live and breathe the scheduling and coordination of the service side. From building schedules to fielding your questions, I’m here for you. I handle all of the residential service coordination, so if that’s what you need, just ask for me!
My husband and I have been married for the past 15 years and have raised two exceptional children. We’ve traveled through Europe and lived abroad in Sicily for three years. We’ve built our foundation on our faith and spend weekends with our family or at the Jags games.
